About Isabella

Isabella brings an integrative, warm and compassionate approach to her work with clients across the lifespan. She strives to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore challenges and move toward meaningful change.

With experience across educational, hospital and university settings, Isabella has developed a broad and flexible clinical skill set. She works with a range of presentations, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues, grief and loss, and health-related concerns.

Drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy, Isabella tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Isabella deeply enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults, and finds meaning in supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges and growth that accompany each stage of life. She is passionate about neuro-affirming care and supporting individuals who manage the psychological impact of illness. Isabella values collaboration and adopts a person-centred approach—creating an open, genuine and empowering therapeutic space.

Things That Make Me, Me!

Outside of her clinical work, Isabella enjoys being active, cooking new dishes for family and friends, sharing a good coffee and conversation with loved ones, cuddling her pets and winding down with a good book or drama series. She is known for her gentle, warm and joyful nature, and she values respect, honesty and kindness in all aspects of life.
