We Offer Psychological Support & Assessments

We offer neuroaffirming psychological intervention, assessment, and animal assisted therapy, tailored to each person’s unique strengths and needs.

Our clinic is designed to be a safe, affirming space - with sensory-friendly environments, therapy dogs onsite, flexible session spaces on offer (including indoor, outdoor, and sensory regulation space settings), and a variety of sensory tools available.

We honour diverse communication styles, use neuroaffirming language, and deliver gold standard assessments grounded in current best practice. Our team includes clinicians with lived experience and training in the latest neuroaffirming approaches.

We welcome you to explore this space with us - just as you are.

Psychological support is a collaborative process guided by a registered psychologist, tailored to address mental health concerns and support different neurotypes in a safe and nurturing environment.

It’s a journey toward well-being, where personalised strategies and compassionate care foster resilience, understanding, and personal growth. Our clinicians draw on evidence-based approaches to support you throughout your therapy journey.

Two of our psychologists offer animal-assisted therapy with the support of certified therapy dogs. As a team, we use a range of therapeutic modalities, including Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - all with a person-centred focus shaped by your needs and interests.
