About Izzy

Izzy is a nurturing and creative presence within Inner Light, always going the extra mile to ensure everyone feels safe and welcomed. She is currently studying to become a psychologist and is deeply passionate about mental health, dedicating herself to improving others' well-being.

As a neurodivergent individual, she brings empathy and compassion to her work, channelling social justice through her commitment to accessibility, inclusivity and person-centred care.

Izzy supports the clinic in person, handling everyday admin tasks with enthusiasm. She enjoys bringing creativity into her work, whether she’s designing colouring pages for the clinic, contributing to advertising, or baking cookies. Izzy is dedicated to creating a validating, inclusive and compassionate environment for everyone!

Outside of work, Izzy finds joy in painting, sewing, baking, and advocating for social justice causes that are meaningful to her.

Things That Make Me, Me!

Izzy is deeply passionate about psychology and spends much of her time learning and growing as a future practitioner. She believes her purpose is to help people of all ages learn to love themselves and grow, guided by her lived experiences and genuine validation.

In her free time, Izzy enjoys creative projects like painting and sewing, and can often be found at Spotlight picking up supplies she definitely doesn’t need. She’s also very proud of her impressive stuffed animal collection!
