About Jodi
Jodi is a warm, collaborative and clientcentred psychologist committed to supporting individuals through both short-term challenges and longer-term complex difficulties. She takes a strengths-based, tailored approach, working alongside clients to co-create treatment plans that honour their unique preferences, values and lived experiences.
With experience in community and mental health settings, Jodi works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, workplace stress, relationship difficulties and grief. She holds training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is particularly interested in supporting clients to process past trauma that may be affecting their present wellbeing. She applies a neuroaffirming and flexible style to EMDR, incorporating each client’s interests and processing style to foster safety, engagement and empowerment.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques and narrative therapies, Jodi creates a therapeutic space grounded in respect, collaboration and authenticity. She supports clients to move past personal barriers towards more connected, fulfilling and values-aligned lives.
Things That Make Me, Me!

She is known for her compassionate, thoughtful and genuine nature, and lives by the values of respect, integrity and kindness.
