About Maddison

Maddison brings a compassionate and collaborative approach to her practice. She creates a non-judgmental safe space for clients to explore various challenges.

Maddison has a diverse background in private practice, community health, and educational settings. Maddison works across a range of presentations including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss management, and developmental trauma. Modalities that Maddison is trained in include Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Maddison’s special interests are neurodiverse affirming care, autism in girls and women, developmental trauma, and perinatal and infant mental health, and she is interested in working with clients of any age.

In her spare time Maddison enjoys watching movies and TV shows, reading, painting, colouring, and spending time with loved ones or animals. Maddison describes herself as resilient, gentle, silly, and imaginative. Maddison values kindness, creativity, and honesty.
