About Simone
Simone brings a wealth of clinical skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach to the team. With a strong academic background, including a Masters of Professional Psychology (in progress) and degrees in both Psychological Science and Criminology, she demonstrates a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Simone’s experience spans working with children in educational settings, adults facing injury, and providing crisis support, which has shaped her integrative use of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). She is particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism, as well as clients experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, chronic pain, suicidality, women’s health issues, and depressive disorders.
Simone’s practice is neuroaffirming and inclusive, welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds. Her friendly, adaptable manner and dedication to tailored interventions make her a valuable and supportive presence within the team.
Things That Make Me, Me!
In her free time, Simone enjoys spending time with her rescue cat, affectionately known as “Bin Cat”. She likes going on nature walks and playing the game Stardew Valley. Simone is also an avid reader and listens to audiobooks, with a particular fondness for fantasy. She is enthusiastic about crafts.
